Roseville, CA (June 15, 2022) – DCA Partners (“DCA”), the region’s leading private equity firm, is pleased to announce that its portfolio company, MFPS Holdco, Inc. (“Millennium”), has acquired Madgriff Corporation d/b/a Delta Fire Protection (“Delta”).
Millennium is a full-service fire suppression and protection company that provides design, installation, and repair services throughout the West Coast. The acquisition of Delta provides a complementary customer base with a focus on commercial customers while expanding the company’s reach in Southern California.

Millennium will be moving its shop to the Delta location in North Hollywood and plans to expand the team working out of the Delta office.
