December 2025 – O2 Investment Partners is pleased to announce that, through its pool care platform Azureon, it has invested in and partnered with Precision Pool & Spa (“Precision”), a Fairport, NY–based company (www.precisionpoolandspa.com).
Precision is a full-service pool construction and maintenance firm that was established in 2007 and serves clients in upstate New York with residential pool installation, restoration, maintenance, and other services.
Precision marks Azureon’s 11th acquisition as the platform continues to strengthen its foothold throughout the Northeast. Azureon’s Chief Business Development Officer, Kyle Chaikin, said, “The Precision team is extremely impressive and runs a great operation that maintains prominence throughout upstate New York.” As we continue to develop a pool care platform that is unmatched in the Northeast, we are excited to welcome Precision to the Azureon platform.
Precision will continue to have a large stake in the platform, and the executive team and operational support of Azureon will be readily available to them.
